Residential Referral Associates

Residential Referral Associates is designed for the licensee who does not wish to pursue real estate as a career. It allows them to make income by referring their contacts to active agents of their choice.

Referral Associates do not:
• List or sell real estate
• Pay dues or belong to an Association of Realtors
• Pay dues or have to join the MLS
• Pay E&O insurance
• Do any paperwork

Referral Associates do:
• Receive referral fees
• Receive license renewal hours at no cost
• Place their referrals from anywhere, to anywhere with any real estate company in North America
• Pay only an annual membership fee of $50.00 (waived with just one closed referral)
